The 101 Remote Control is designed for use with the ComNav
Marine 1001, 1101, 1201, 2001 and 5001 Autopilots. The 101 allows the vessel
operator to control the ComNav Autopilot from a work station or flying
bridge.
This remote has standby, power steer, pilot and nav modes plus dodge
and u-turn functions. The type of u-turn on the autopilot can also be
selected or changed from this remote. The standby mode is a safety
feature that allows the remote station to deactivate autopilot drive set
and to revert to manual steering. The push buttons can be used for
steering and all autopilot functions. The select switch and push buttons
can be handled easily, even with gloves on. The course memory feature
allows the user to switch to power steer or standby and still return to
the previously set course.
Highlights of the 101 remote include:
Large LCD display back lit for nighttime viewing
Watertight; all openings are sealed
High impact resistant Minlon case
40 foot standard length cable
