211 Remote Control

The 211 Remote Control with Tiller is designed for use with the ComNav Marine 1001, 1101, 1201, 2001 and 5001 autopilots. This remote allows the vessel operator to control the ComNav Autopilot from a work station or flying bridge.

The 211 remote control combines all the functions available on the ComNav 101 and 201 remotes. The 211 remote can be used to select standby, tiller, pilot or nav modes, plus the dodge and u-turn functions. The type of u-turn on the autopilot can also be selected or changed from this remote. The standby mode is a safety feature that allows the remote station to deactivate the autopilot drive set and to revert to manual steering. The course memory feature allows the user to switch to power steer or standby and still return to the previously set course. The push buttons can be used for setting the course, dodging, or initiating one of the special turns. The LCD displays the course, or compass reading. In tiller mode the vessel's rudder directly follows the position of the remote control lever.

Highlights of the 211 remote include:

Large LCD display back lit for nighttime viewing

Watertight; all openings are sealed

High impact resistant Minlon case

40 foot standard length cable
